Who we are
HER INNER BEAUTY FOUNDATION is a Los Angeles–based nonprofit rooted in faith, beauty, and holistic wellness. We work to make care, community education, and belonging more accessible to underserved women and girls, mothers, caregivers, and people navigating hardship.
Through the Benevolent Beauty Fund, we seek to provide free or donor-sponsored services, self-care kits, and education. We also work toward beauty equity and inclusion alongside community organizations and policy changemakers.
Founded by Bijan Ifeachor, a licensed cosmetologist, massage therapist, educator, and creative professional, the Foundation’s vision grows from her years of community beauty service and education. We believe care can affirm dignity and open possibilities.
The Foundation is the nonprofit home for charitable access, education, and advocacy. HER INNER BEAUTY LLC provides its paid professional services and programming separately.
